Professional Chef Course - Basic
The Professional Chef Course – Basic offered by Hospitality World Campus is designed to provide students with a solid foundation in culinary arts. The course covers a range of topics including food safety and hygiene, kitchen management, basic cooking techniques, and menu planning. Students will gain hands-on experience in the kitchen as they learn to prepare a variety of dishes using different ingredients and cooking methods. By the end of the course, students will have developed the fundamental skills needed to pursue a career as a professional chef.

Eligibility
- Students with minimum SLC/SEE with D+ (gpa 1.6) grade along with minimum D+ (GPA 1.6) in English
- Age 18 years and above.
- Students who have successfully completed their secondary education in any stream have a greater probability of following a university pathway abroad.
