Please read these terms and conditions carefully. This is a  legal Agreement between you AND HOSPITALITY WORLD CAMPUS.

1. INTRODUCTION
   Welcome to Hospitality World Campus. This website, www.hwc.edu.np (hereafter “Website”), is owned and operated by Hospitality World Campus (hereafter “HWC”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Website, any orders you place through the Website, and, as applicable, your use or purchase of products and services directly available through the Website. By accessing, viewing, or using the content, material, products, or services available on or through the Website, you certify that you have read, understand, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, each of which is hereby incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein. You also certify that you are 18 years of age or older and have all the necessary rights, power and authority to enter into this Agreement and perform the obligations set forth under this Agreement. You further confirm that you are not accessing these services for any illegal purpose and that you are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws as applicable in your jurisdiction.
2. MODIFICATION OF TERMS
   HWC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the most current version of these Terms on the Website with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Website after we make changes is deemed acceptance of those changes.
3. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
   HWC provides a range of hospitality education products and services including but not limited to offline classes, webinars, ebooks, and physical course materials. We endeavor to describe and display our products and services as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee their uses for your particular circumstances and purposes. Please do not accept that the Website descriptions are entirely accurate, current, or error-free. Occasionally, we may correct errors in pricing and merchandise descriptions.
4. INDEMNITY
   You agree to indemnify and hold HWC, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Website in violation of these Terms and/or arising from a breach of these Terms.

   The Website, all content, and services provided are the intellectual property of HWC or its content suppliers and are protected by copyright laws, trademarks, patents, or other proprietary rights and laws. Unless explicitly authorized by us, you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works from such materials or content.

   These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and HWC with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede and replace all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of these Terms to be unenforceable, the remaining portions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
